Major Gaurav Arya (Retd) is frequently invited by top institutions and corporates to engage with them over a variety of topics like Leadership, Time Management, Team Building, Entrepreneurship, Story Telling, Behavioural Expectations, Real Life Lessons and more. Major Arya believes that real-life lessons he learnt in the Indian Army are actually top management lessons, but lessons that require interpretation for them to be relevant to the corporate world.
